DubTwin processes the information required to provide video translation: account identifiers, subscription and credit records, uploaded media, source and translated text, generated audio, subtitle files, rendered video, technical logs, and support messages. Payment card numbers are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by DubTwin.
Uploaded video and generated files
Source media, transcript data, generated audio, subtitle files, and rendered outputs are stored only to complete the requested job, allow downloads, and support recovery after an interruption. Processing instructions and the minimum media required for each stage may be sent to contracted processing services. DubTwin does not sell uploaded media, transcripts, or voice references.
Voice cloning consent
Voice Clone requires an affirmative consent checkbox before processing. You confirm that you own the voice or have permission from the speaker for the requested use. You can withdraw permission and request deletion of the voice reference by emailing [email protected] with the account email and job ID.
Retention and deletion
Source media, generated audio, subtitles, and rendered video are retained for 30 days after the last job activity, then deleted through the storage cleanup process. Transcript text and job metadata are retained for up to 12 months for billing, abuse prevention, and recovery. Billing and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless a longer legal retention period applies.
Access, export, and data regions
Request an account export or deletion at [email protected]. Include the account email, requested records, and job IDs. Exports contain account data, job settings, transcript text, subtitle files, and available output links. DubTwin uses Cloudflare-hosted storage and processing services configured for the deployment; contracted processing may occur in the United States or another region stated by the applicable service terms.
Sessions and measurement
Workspace sessions use secure browser cookies. Product analytics may record page views, tool actions, completed results, downloads, and errors. Analytics events exclude uploaded media, passwords, payment details, access tokens, and private transcript text.
