You may use DubTwin only for video, audio, text, and voice references that you own or are authorized to process. You remain responsible for reviewing translated dialogue, subtitles, generated speech, and rendered video before publishing or distributing the output.
Free preview and production usage
Each guest workspace receives one preview of up to 10 seconds. The preview can use subtitles, standard dubbing, or Voice Clone. Full-length jobs consume credits calculated from measured duration, output mode, target-language count, isolated role-reference audio, and translated characters. The interface shows a production estimate after preparation; final usage may be higher or lower, unused reserved credits return, and additional usage requires available balance.
Subscriptions, credits, and taxes
Monthly subscriptions renew at the displayed monthly price until canceled. Annual subscriptions are billed at the displayed annual price and provide the stated annual credit entitlement. One-time credit packs remain available for 12 months unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Prices exclude taxes where the payment processor must calculate and collect them. You can cancel renewal through the account billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and already-issued credits remain subject to the displayed expiration terms.
Refunds
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of a charge for a review. Unused subscription time or unused credit packs may qualify for a refund at DubTwin’s discretion. Credits already consumed by processing, re-rendering, or regeneration are not refundable. Duplicate charges and billing errors are corrected after verification. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Voice Clone permission and withdrawal
You must confirm the Voice Clone permission checkbox before processing. You must own the voice or hold permission for the requested commercial or personal use. Send withdrawal and deletion requests to [email protected]; DubTwin will stop future use of the reference and delete stored voice-reference assets within the privacy retention process.
Output ownership and prohibited content
Subject to payment and third-party rights in your source material, you may use the generated subtitles, audio, and rendered video for your intended project. DubTwin does not transfer rights in stock assets, processing technology, or voices you do not control. Do not upload unlawful content, material that infringes rights, non-consensual intimate material, deceptive impersonation, malware, or content whose processing is prohibited by applicable law.
Service stages and interruptions
Jobs may pass through upload, transcription, translation, voice generation, and rendering. A paused job keeps completed checkpoints so it can continue after a balance top-up or temporary interruption. Provider outages, unsupported media, network failures, and inaccurate source material can affect timing and quality. Canceling a job stops future stages; completed stages remain available when the output exists.
